BUILD6™ ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility & Learning Supports

BUILD6™ is committed to improving digital accessibility and to supporting authorized learning accommodations without requiring students to publicly disclose a diagnosis.

Digital accessibility

BUILD6™ aims to design digital experiences toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility practices and continues to improve keyboard access, focus visibility, readable text, contrast, reduced-motion behavior, semantic structure and compatibility with assistive technologies.

Learning preferences

Where available, participant-facing accessibility settings may include reading-friendly layouts, larger text, increased spacing, higher contrast, reduced motion, focus support, highlighted directions, chunked-work views and read-aloud support.

Approved accommodations

BUILD6™ can support approved accommodations such as extended deadlines, additional time, flexible breaks, no-timed-activity settings, speech-to-text support and alternative response formats when those accommodations are configured by authorized school or program staff.

504, IEP and services-plan responsibilities

BUILD6™ supports implementation of approved accommodations but does not determine eligibility, replace an individualized plan or substitute for the sponsoring school's or organization's legal and educational responsibilities.

Accessibility feedback

If you experience an accessibility barrier, include the page or feature, the issue you encountered and, if helpful, the browser or assistive technology you were using so the BUILD6™ team can investigate.
