Users may access BUILD6™ only for lawful educational, workforce, professional-development or program purposes authorized by BUILD6™ or a sponsoring organization.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and for using only the access assigned to them. Account sharing, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass permissions or interference with platform security are prohibited.
Program content
BUILD6™ curriculum, assessments, frameworks, facilitator resources, designs, research, data structures, activities, written materials and related program assets are proprietary. Access to a program does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce, resell or redistribute those materials.
User-submitted content
Users retain responsibility for information and materials they submit. By submitting content required for participation, users permit BUILD6™ and the authorized sponsoring organization to process that content for the purpose of operating the program and documenting participation.
Availability and changes
Features, content and availability may evolve as BUILD6™ is improved. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Professional and educational decisions
BUILD6™ supports learning, career exploration and readiness. It does not replace school policies, individualized educational decisions, legal advice, medical advice, employment decisions or professional judgment.
