Protected materials
Protected BUILD6™ materials include, without limitation, the BUILD6™ name and marks, six-stage journey, taglines, visual identity, curriculum, facilitator materials, assessments, worksheets, activities, frameworks, research, data structures, program architecture, designs, digital experiences, written content and derivative materials.
Permitted references
Schools, employers, partners and participants may accurately refer to their authorized participation in BUILD6™. Use of the BUILD6™ name or logo in promotional materials should preserve the approved brand presentation and must not imply ownership, certification or endorsement beyond the actual relationship.
Prohibited use
- Copying or republishing BUILD6™ curriculum or facilitator materials.
- Creating derivative programs from proprietary BUILD6™ frameworks.
- Removing ownership, trademark or copyright notices.
- Reselling, sublicensing or distributing materials without written approval.
- Using BUILD6™ branding in a way that creates confusion about ownership or affiliation.

BUILD6™ is a proprietary brand and program of LINK Lake Norman, LLC. All rights not expressly granted in a written agreement are reserved.
