Authorized program use
A school, team, employer, college, workforce initiative or other organization may receive specific rights to facilitate or use BUILD6™ under a written agreement. Those rights are limited to the audience, term, location, materials and delivery model described in that agreement.
No implied license
Viewing the public website, attending a BUILD6™ event or receiving a sample resource does not grant a license to reproduce, adapt, teach, distribute, sell or create derivative BUILD6™ materials.
Brand use
Authorized partners may be given approved logos, marks or recognition language. Brand assets must be used as provided and may not be altered in a way that changes the identity or implies a broader relationship.
Custom and enterprise licensing
BUILD6™ can support customized implementations for schools, athletic programs, employers, colleges and workforce initiatives. Licensing, facilitation, training, platform access and implementation terms are established for each engagement.
