How information is used
Information is used to provide and improve the BUILD6™ experience, support authorized program administration, communicate with users, maintain security, respond to requests and document learning or participation where the program requires it.
Student and school information
When BUILD6™ is provided through a school, team, employer or other sponsoring organization, access to student or participant records is limited according to the user's role and the applicable program relationship. Schools and sponsoring organizations remain responsible for determining who is authorized to access education records and approved accommodations.
Sale of personal information
BUILD6™ does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Service providers and security
BUILD6™ may use trusted technology and service providers to host, secure, communicate and operate the platform. Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and requests
Information is retained for as long as needed for the program, contractual, security, legal or operational purpose for which it was collected. Questions about access, correction or deletion requests can be sent to the contact address below. Some requests may need to be coordinated through the sponsoring school or organization.
